From mid-April to mid-September, we host "make your own ice cream sundae" children's parties during Saturday afternoon hours. The rental of table space for 2 hours is $140.00 plus the cost of ice cream sundaes at $4.00. Additional time and ice cream for adults is an extra cost. The party space is within the shared space of the Creamery so other customers will be enjoying ice cream too. During the party, children and families are welcome to walk about and visit our farm animals in their outdoor habitats. This is not a guided tour and not a petting zoo. This activity is ideal for children 7 years and younger. You must provide your own decorations. You may bring in outside food, do crafts, and include party entertainers with pre-approval 7 days in advance. We also offer a morning time from 10-12 noon for those wishing to have a private party for $200 plus the cost of ice cream sundaes at $4.00. Cash or credit payment at the conclusion of the party.

A favorite party activity! An educational hayride option for $100.00 may be scheduled in conjunction with the party. The wagon holds 22 people. Weather permitting and must be scheduled in advance. Cash payment only.

From mid-September-October, we host "make your own ice cream sundae" children's parties during Milky Way Farm Pumpkin Harvest Season on Saturdays and Sundays. The rental of table space for 2 hours is $250.00 plus the cost of ice cream sundaes at $4.00. You may bring in outside food, do crafts, and include party entertainers with pre-approval 7 days in advance. Should you wish to leave the Creamery space and visit the young farm animals, stroll the corn maze, or walk to the pumpkin patch a $5 general admission wristband is required. Additionally, general admission hayrides can be purchased for $4.00 per person to cue up for continually running hayrides or organize a private hayride for $150. (Party reservation is required) Pumpkins are purchased separately - with prices ranging from $3-$15.  

Available on a very limited basis in 2024 with advanced pre-arrangement....For ages 8 years and older, a party combining Chester Springs Creamery and Milky Way Farm is perfect. Children can enjoy the Creamery experience of making their own sundaes and then learn about farm animals. Our party farm tours emphasize close interaction with farm animals, assisting with calf feeding as well as learning about robotic milking. The birthday child receives special attention throughout the visit to make the birthday memorable. The cost of the tour is $15.00 per child — no charge for chaperones. The length of the tour is one hour during the late afternoon feeding time from mid-April through July.

Chester Springs Creamery is available from December through March for parties. A two-hour party is $300.00. Sundaes are $5.00 each. Reservations are required to be made at least 14 days in advance via email. We reserve the right to cancel during inclement weather for safety reasons.
